To meet delivery schedules, LIGOO established a highly efficient end-to-end system from demand to manufacturing, with meticulous supervision and evaluation at every stage from raw-material procurement to production processing, ensuring timely and stable product delivery.
Facing SAIC-GM-Wuling’s stringent requirements, LIGOO devoted substantial human, material, and financial resources to deeply understand usage scenarios and technical needs, crafting multiple tailored BMS solutions. While reducing cost and improving efficiency, it accelerated R&D and testing to support the rapid iterative launch of new products.
After-Sales & Supply Assurance
In after-sales service, LIGOO built a full-coverage service team that responds to requests 24/7, shortening average fault-resolution time to within three hours and improving user experience and service efficiency.
To continuously meet SAIC-GM-Wuling’s demand for BMS and low-voltage wiring harnesses, LIGOO supplied more than 300 types of project materials in full, and over 480,000 sets of BMS and harnesses in total. Combined cost savings from technology-upgrade and procurement-material reductions reached 12%.
